Can I rent extra time?
Yes.  Each ½ hour extra costs $50.

Can I rent two fields?
Two fields/courts can only be rented by paying full party price for each field. 

How many sports do they play?
Parties can choose two sports per party, plus the bounce house.

What is the age limit for the bounce house?
12 years old. 

Will there be a coach to organize games?
Yes, there is 1 coach per 15 guests for the SportsHouse and Pizza party packages.  There is 1 coach per 10 guests for the Lil Players party package.

How many guests am I allowed to bring?
As many as our field space and staffing numbers allow for the date/time requested

Can I bring my own food?
Customers may bring fruit or finger food snacks.  Please do not bring food requiring additional utensils.  Once the café opens in 2013, no outside food will be allowed.

Can I order specialty pizzas?
Yes.  The price is at cost for a Round Table specialty pizza.

Can I use Round Table coupons?
No  

Are there gluten free options?
Not at this time. 

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations allowed for full refund until two weeks prior to the event.  Parties cancelled less than two weeks out will not be refunded.

When do I have to finalize numbers?
Numbers must be finalized and paid in full 48 hours in advance.  No refunds after final confirmation.  Call SportsHouse to confirm at (650) 362-4100

What are the party favors?
White opaque sports bottles with a Sports House logo.  Customers may pick up bottles prior to event to fill them with candies or trinkets.

Can I buy T-Shirts for the whole party?
Yes.  T-Shirts must be ordered a month in advance to ensure arrival by party.

Can I bring decorations?
Customers may bring balloons.  Please do not bring streamers or confetti.

What if I’ve already paid for extra guests and they don’t show?
Numbers must be finalized 48 hours in advance.  SportsHouse cannot issue refunds within 48 hours of the event, including the day of the event.

Will the general public be allowed in the bounce house with my party?
No.

Can I bring celebrity guests?
Yes.
