Our party packages include everything you need from plates/napkins to food and the use of our party area plus organized games or free play on the turf field or courts. All parties include one hour of fun and games on one of our sport surfaces followed by 30 minutes of Party Time!

All parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advanced and paid in full to hold reservation.
Number of participants, food and drinks must be confirmed 1 week prior to party.
All party guests must have a waiver of liability signed (by parent/guardian if under 18) prior to participating.
We recommend that all party guests arrive15 minutes prior to start of your party so that waivers of liability can be verified.

Request Form PDF document

Fill in the necessary form fields on the PDF
Save the completed PDF form to Desktop
3.
Go to your email and “Compose Mail”.
4. Type the email address
info@sportshouse.com.
5. Click on the “Attach a File” link. And attach the Party
Request Form.
6. Click once on the “Send” button when you are ready to send the email and completed form.
